Following the launch of the new MOS system, all proceedings for temporary and permanent residence permits will be conducted exclusively electronically.

Why do you need an E-Delivery mailbox?

• Receive official letters: All correspondence from the Department of Foreigners, including updates on your application and summons for biometrics, will be sent only via E-Delivery

• Submit documents: You can use the mailbox to send missing documents or respond to official requests

Requirements: To set up an account, you must have:

• A PESEL number

• A Trusted Profile

You can register for an E-Delivery address by filling out the form at: https://gov.pl/e-doreczenia

Even if you already hold a residence permit, we strongly recommend creating an E-Delivery address. It will significantly simplify all future administrative matters in Poland.
