Time Zone

Poland is located in the Central European Time Zone (CET). This means:

  • UTC+1 from late October to late March (standard time)
  • UTC+2 from late March to late October (summer time / Daylight Saving Time)

Daylight Saving Time begins on the last Sunday of March, when clocks move one hour forward, and ends on the last Sunday of October, when clocks move one hour
back. This system is used in most European countries.

You’ll notice a big difference in daylight hours:

  • In winter, the sun may set as early as 3:30 PM
  • In summer, it can stay light until after 9:00 PM
