Effective April 27, new rules for applying for a temporary residence permit come into force. The application process will be conducted online.
The following documents must be attached to the application:

– digital photograph;
– scan of your passport;
– proof of payment for the temporary residence permit (340 PLN) and the residence card (100 PLN);
– attachment signed by IBB PAS (Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences).
