If you want to review the files of your case, you need book a date. You need to visit the e-service platform and select the option „make an appointment”, then the location of the Department of Foreign Affairs, 3/5 Marszałkowska st. and queue P – file review – reading room.
The office provides 26 places a week, file inspections take place on Fridays from 8:30 to 15:00. The next available appointments start on July 17, 2026.

Rules for registering visits in the online calendar in the P queue – file review – reading room   

1. During the visit booking process, the following data should be provided: name, surname, citizenship, Polish contact telephone number, e-mail address.
2. The above-mentioned data are obligatory for verification on the day of file review and obtaining a ticket number.
3. A person registered in the online booking system arrives at the office at least 10 minutes before the planned visit and goes to the indicated position.
4. Lateness of more than 5 minutes may result in refusal to provide files.
5. After making an online reservation, it is not possible to replace the registered person.
6. In order to cancel the visit, the Office should be informed via the online form https://kontaktwsc.mazowieckie.pl/
7. In the case of making more than one reservation for the same personal data in one day – the administrator reserves the right to delete the second and subsequent entries.
8. During the scheduled visit, only a foreigner and a proxy may be present at the stand.
9. The employee providing access to the files does not certify the documents as true copies, does not provide information on current matters and does not conduct consultations regarding the legalization of stay.
10. Providing incomplete data in the form, untrue data or signing up for a file review for a purpose other than reading the files will result in the cancellation of the reservation or a categorical refusal to accept the client.
11. Entering offensive, ridiculing or violating the rules of social coexistence into the booking form will result in the cancellation of the booking and blocking of the user’s account.
